Wrapped in curved balconies that form the shape of Skënderbeu's head, the building will be a landmark in Skënderbej Square, in the center of the capital of Albania, celebrating and assimilating the cultural history of the country, giving Tirana a unique identity, different from any other capital.
The construction will have 24 floors including a business center and apartments. There will also be 4 underground floors. The work is expected to be completed in 2025.
