Villa for sale, Folie Village!

Folie Village is a project designed by Oppenheim Architecture and inspired by the historic center of Vuno and our traditional architecture. Developed on a 45-degree sloped terrain, this allows all villas and apartments to offer sea views. Currently, Nukli 1 and 2 are under development, expected to be completed in 2026-2027.

The villa types consist of small/private villas with a roof or terrace starting from 434 m2. The villas are organized in a very elegant and functional manner. The first floor is organized as an open space and includes the kitchen and living area along with a shared bathroom. On the second/third floor are the bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom. Regarding parking, depending on the villa's position, some have internal parking while others have external parking on the last floor.
