The house is located in a very quiet area, about 5 minutes on foot from the center of Durrës (Great Mosque and Municipality). Although it is very close to the center, the area is quiet and away from the noise of the center.
The first and second floors are completely separate, with separate entrances and doors for each floor, offering privacy.
💰 Price and payment:
40,000 lek (400 thousand old lek per month.)
Initially paid:
2 months rent
1 month deposit which is returned at the end of the contract, if there are no damages or unpaid obligations.
Afterwards (from the third month), rent is paid at the beginning of each month (40,000 new lek)
We can agree on the payment date according to what suits you best and makes you more comfortable.
The contract is for 10 months.
If you want to continue staying after the contract ends, you must notify me at least 1 month in advance.
Services:
📶 Fast and unlimited 24-hour Wi-Fi – I pay.
💧 Water (UKD) – I pay the water bills every month.
Electricity – paid by the tenant according to monthly consumption.
🐶🐱 Pets
Pets are welcome. No problem for dogs, cats or other animals. The only request is to respect the quiet and not to have excessive noise that may disturb the neighbors.
The house is furnished with the essentials, as you can see in the photos.
