The apartment is located on the 3rd floor of a complex completed in 2023. Inside the complex there are cafes, dentists, markets, grocery stores, dry cleaning, barber, beauty salon. On the main street (Siri Kodra) there are taxis, the bus line station, restaurants, etc.
The apartment has a 1+1 typology with a very practical layout. The balcony faces the inner side of the building - besides not hearing the noise of cars from the main street, it also offers an open view from the western part of Tirana with the Skenderbeu mountains on the horizon. The building is equipped with an elevator. Entrance to the building and the elevator is only possible with a chip. Also, the common areas are monitored with cameras.
It is a designer apartment - as can be seen from the photos, the space is very well utilized, allowing all the comforts for a long-term and stylish living. Very high-quality furniture and textiles cut to measure especially for our apartment:

- behind the apartment door, a very chic shoe rack has recently been installed :)

The apartment is not suitable for smokers, families with small children, or pets.
The cost of administration, electricity, water, and internet must be paid by the tenant. An underground parking space is available for a fee of 60€/month. There is an option to offer you a final monthly rent including all costs.
We accept requests from private individuals but also from intermediary agencies. The minimum rental duration is 1 month: prepayment plus 1 month deposit. Available from 15.10.2025.
