The MET Tirana building consists of a new multifunctional 12-story building, located in the heart of Tirana, in the CBD area, along Boulevard Zhan D’ark, next to the former Dajti Hotel. Together with the underground floors, the project includes a total of 17 floors, specifically:

• 2 floors with commercial spaces,
• 6 office floors, and
• 6 residential floors.

The building enjoys an excellent location, as it is only a few steps from the historic center of Tirana and the main state institutions, as well as near the Blloku area and the TVSH neighborhood, all part of the Business Center (CBD). In accordance with the strategic position within this area, urban planning foresees a mixed use mainly including: state institutions, offices, commercial spaces, and residences.
The volume of the new building is designed to accommodate a 12-story tower.
One of the most important elements of the project are the series of green terraces and architectural diaphragms, designed to guarantee high-quality outdoor spaces for each unit. This aspect gives the building a high level of ease and elegance, as well as optimal natural lighting.
The project is characterized by a facade study that alternates dark (closed) modules with transparent (glass) modules, giving the building elegance and light, as well as ensuring an appropriate level of natural light for the interior.
This type of facade reinforces the spiral shape of the building's volume, emphasizing the volumes and terraces, an aspect that starts from level +2 and continues to the top floor, where almost the entire elliptical shape is truncated.
