I’m renting out a 2+1+2 apartment with 85 square meters of net space. There is also a parking space available for an extra 50 euros. The apartment has two bathrooms, two bedrooms, and a kitchen. It’s very bright with 8 windows plus the glass door to the balcony, facing north-east-south. There are 3 windows facing north in the kitchen, the balcony door and one window to the east also in the kitchen, two windows to the east and one to the south in the main bedroom, and one south-facing window in the smaller room.
The balcony has an open view toward Dajti mountain, as do the east-facing windows. There is only one shared wall with the neighbor—at the small bedroom and bathrooms—and neighbors below only, since it’s the top floor. The other three walls are free, so there’s no noise from neighbors. It has thermal insulation with rock wool, which is also fire-resistant up to 2000°C, and double-glazed aluminum windows.
I furnished the apartment myself because I used to live there, so nothing was chosen cheaply for rental purposes. In addition to standard appliances like fridge, oven, stove, extractor, washing machine, and a 55” 4K Smart TV (bought new in February 2025), there is also a dishwasher and a dryer. Air conditioning is available in all three rooms: kitchen and bedrooms. The appliances are energy efficient and quiet. The highest electricity bill was 8000 ALL in winter, and the lowest was 1700 ALL.
Included are also sets of plates and cutlery, blankets, duvets, and bed sheets. There are two beds: one single and one double, both with mattresses. Closets are available in both the large and small bedroom, and the kitchen furniture is as shown in the photos.
The corridor on the floor also has 4 windows and good ventilation. The apartment is located in the Mangalem 21 complex, Ali Demi area, near the New Electric Market. It’s entrance 3, right as you enter the complex—not far inside. The building has 5 floors in total: 3 floors with 4 apartments per floor, and the second floor is a commercial unit. The elevator is a Schindler and is rarely crowded, as there are only 12 apartments. The entrance door downstairs has a key.
The apartment will be available from August 1st.
