🚿 2 Bathrooms (equipped with sanitary ware, boiler and shower; washing machine only in one of them)
🌿 Balcony with exit from the Living room.
->The apartment will be furnished within the month of September (photos of the completed apartment will be published later) and will be ready for use from the beginning of October, in accordance with the new university season. Apartment suitable for 3 people, i.e. 1 per bedroom. By agreement, a maximum of 5 girls can enter because 2 bedrooms are large and we can add according to demand also 1 bed + wardrobe but then the rent increases by 5 thousand lek/month for each additional person!
Condition: 2 months rent in advance must be paid, i.e. Guarantee + first month.
