The living room and kitchen are well lit throughout the day, with natural light and a warm and clean environment.
The room for rent is about 10–12 m², with two windows, a 140 cm bed, and a large wardrobe. The room is bigger than it looks in the photo.
The apartment is located inside the complex, in a clear, quiet, and safe area, with the complex equipped with 24-hour security cameras, a wide elevator, and green spaces around. Nearby there is everything you need — bars, restaurants, pharmacies, markets.
There have never been any problems with water or electricity.
The kitchen is fully equipped, including a dishwasher.
The price for half the rent is 25,000 lek/month
I am looking for:
A person over 28 years old, who works full time, regular, calm, and experienced in cohabitation.
I want someone who respects the shared spaces and takes care of hygiene.
This is not a place for parties — priority is quietness and cleanliness.
