of the most beautiful places on the Albanian coast with a
breathtaking view of the Ionian Sea.
The villa is 181m2, consisting of three rooms on the upper floor.
The main room has an en-suite bathroom, a balcony facing the sea, while the other 2 rooms share a bathroom in the corridor.
All three rooms have parquet flooring and double beds.
The corridor is covered with parquet.
The stairs leading down to the lower floor are parquet.
The lower floor has a living room with parquet flooring, kitchen, bathroom, and storage.
In front of the living room is a veranda with a sea view and an electric awning that covers and opens with a remote control.
The villa is equipped with a pool and a 25 m2 area at the beginning of the pool that opens and closes with a folding aluminum door, furnished with chairs very comfortable for evening stays.
