The facades of the building are characterized by the use of transparent glazing materials and glass facades, ensuring greater transparency with the external environment. Excessive summer sun will be prevented by using Low-E high-emissivity glass, as well as vertical shading. On the sides without windows, a ventilated facade system with a metal structure and white Alpolic-type composite panels is planned. Transparent glazing has been used on the ground floor facades, creating a larger space of light and visibility. The balconies have transparent glass parapets and the use of wooden shades gives the interior spaces space and shade on hot summer days. The use of several different elements on the facade makes the building diverse in color and materials. The apartments differ from each other due to the geometry of the urban structure of the building itself, offering different features for each of them, both in the layout and orientation.
All apartments will have balconies or loggias. External air conditioning equipment will be placed in these areas.
