The house is located in the village of Klos, Cerrik Municipality in central Albania. It is organized on 2 floors where the ground floor has a car garage, 1 pantry and a tool shed, while the upper floor is the residential floor which has a large veranda at the entrance, 1 living room together with the kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 1 toilet. The house is a construction of the years 2008-2009 made with high quality where the inner part of the wall is built with 15cm bricks and the outer part is built with white stones carved from the mountain above the village with a thickness of 25cm while the ceiling is decorated woodwork. The roof of the house is also of quality with good waterproofing and tiles. This house has a total area of 110 m2 of construction per floor and is located on land with an area of 1320m2 spread mostly in the back of the house which is planted with agricultural trees and in which we also have 3 water wells that are used for irrigation and cleaning or even as drinking water. The first part of the yard is arranged and also surrounded by a white stone wall while there are also fruit trees around. The village in which the property is located is a quiet residential area with all the necessary facilities and clean air.
